1. Work with us to scope a substantial project lasting 12 weeks that is strategic and engaging
2. Meet and greet your talented consulting team that has been specifically recruited to suit the project scope and your company
3. We request face-to-face one hour meetings for 10 weeks where you can provide additional information and feedback on progress. We request more than one point of contact within your company.
4. Final presentation from consultants where we encourage your colleagues and leadership team to spectate.
